We just received an update that our agency received 22 referrals today. The families that received referrals today had LID's (Log in Dates) of February 9, 2006, our LID is March 27, 2007. The children ranged in age from 5 months to 9 months old.
The communication we received said that these families waited 31 months. Which is less than the 32 months in our last communication. I am not sure if the last communication was an error or if the time has actually gotten shorter. Nobody get their hopes up as far as this shorter business goes.
We have waited 17 months so far. So if we wait the full 31 months and no longer we are looking at 14 more months to go. That would be November 2008! What a wonderful Birthday present that would be! :)
